As a Customer Service Advisor you will be first point of contact to our client's customers and dealing with any concerns or queries they may have.

Our client is a well-established business within asset management and work with leading business, cleaning their data and providing a first class service.

They are now looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join their team in Whitefield due to businessgrowth.


Description

As a Customer Service Advisor you will be:

  • Handling inbound communication via mult-channels
  • Assess customer requirements and respond to customer enquiries promptly and professionally
  • Listen to customer feedback maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude to customers at all times
  • Process all admin requests, including invoicing, liaising with couriers, operations team and finance team in a timely manner to ensure a positive customer experience
  • Data entry into systems
  • Ad hoc duties as and when required

Profile

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Excellent communication skills that promote great customer conversations
  • Experience within customer service
  • Professional phone manner
  • Engaging personality
  • To understand the customer's requirements, responding with professionalism and effectively; using your organisational skills to handle customer queries quickly and efficiently.
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Able to work in a team setting as well as independently
  • Strong IT skills
