As a Customer Service Advisor you will be first point of contact to our client's customers and dealing with any concerns or queries they may have.

Description
As a Customer Service Advisor you will be:
- Handling inbound communication via mult-channels
- Assess customer requirements and respond to customer enquiries promptly and professionally
- Listen to customer feedback maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude to customers at all times
- Process all admin requests, including invoicing, liaising with couriers, operations team and finance team in a timely manner to ensure a positive customer experience
- Data entry into systems
- Ad hoc duties as and when required
Profile
To be successful in this role you will:
- Excellent communication skills that promote great customer conversations
- Experience within customer service
- Professional phone manner
- Engaging personality
- To understand the customer's requirements, responding with professionalism and effectively; using your organisational skills to handle customer queries quickly and efficiently.
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Able to work in a team setting as well as independently
- Strong IT skills
