Who are we

At Air Products, we specialise in Industrial Gas and we've been helping our customers to become more productive, energy efficient and sustainable for more than 80 years.

We are seeking a customer service representative to join our customer focused friendly team.

Our Customer Service Specialists work 37.5 hours a week between 8am - 5pm, Monday - Friday, occasional Bank Holidays

Experience is beneficial to the role, however a willingness to learn, good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team will go a long way.

About the role:

Outbound task such as providing customer updates
Helping customer place orders over the phone
Administration work, including data input of customer information and products
Ad hoc tasks to help with our business need

A Few Things About You:

You've got a cando attitude and are keen to leave customers with a positive experience
You've got great listening and communication skills including a friendly telephone manner and you care about customers wanting to solve problems efficiently.
You enjoy working as part of a team.
You have good organisation skills.
You can manage your time effectively

**Hybrid, mostly from home, for the first 6weeks
- training in the office**
What we offer:

Salary GBP 24,000 per annum
Hybrid Working, for the minimum 6weeks training in the office
26 days holiday plus UK Public Holidays

Work Schedule : 37.5h

Pension contribution ( upon your start, if you increase your contribution to 4%, then employer will contribute at 8%, please bear in mind that the autoenrolment is set at 3% employee and 6% employer contribution )
