Since founding, ADS has grown tremendously YOY and continues to grow from continuing investment in machinery, infrastructure and in highly-skilled people, employing over 85 in an 87,000 square feet unit whilst possessing the very latest technology.


Role & Key Responsibilities:


The role is primarily to populate and review sales invoicing data and then to provide support to the Finance Team and provide administration support across the business, to support the daily operations of the manufacturing facility, working to company process standards and operating procedures.


  • Answer and transfer calls coming into the business
  • Update Job Pack invoice calculations analysis spreadsheet
  • Input job hours worked
  • Input quantities, sizes and costs of all materials used
  • Review and correct inconsistencies
  • Set up customer accounts on SAGE
  • Post miscellaneous invoices on SAGE
  • Input Company Credit Card payments on SAGE
  • Ad hoc SAGE analysis and reporting
  • Ownership of recording holidays and absence and update the Absence Planner and Holiday Forms
  • General administrative duties, archiving, scanning, laminating, photocopying, etc
  • Providing proof of delivery and certificates of conformity at the client's request
  • Supply material certificates to clients when the Buyer is busy
  • Provide daily morning break, lunch and after 12.30 Friday for the General Administrator
  • Provide holiday and unplanned absence cover for sales and inbound invoices from suppliers, match to purchase order and process on SAGE for the Finance Administrator
  • Provide holiday and unplanned absence cover for Administration, Reception, Purchasing and Sales Administration
  • Any other reasonable management request.

Skills, Experience & Personal Attributes:


  • 2 Years Administration experience essential
  • 2 Years data entry experience essential


  • PC Literate

  • Familiar with MS packages essential
  • Microsoft Excel intermediate experience essential
  • SAGE Financial system experience a distinct advantage
  • Network systems experience desirable
  • Selfmotivated and focused, with a flexible attitude
  • Good attention to detail, with high levels of accuracy & a commitment to quality
  • Able to work on & use own initiative & problem solve
  • Strong communication, team working & people skills
  • Demonstrate a professional & courteous attitude
  • Act with integrity & honesty
