Customer Service Associate Job in Wimborne
***Dovetail Recruitment are delighted to be collaborating with our well-established client in Wimborne who are recruiting a Customer Service Associate. The Customer Service Associate role provides a first point of contact to customers, providingtelephone and administration support to new and existing customers. You will be speaking to new customers, promoting products, and providing accurate and technical administration support to customers. To meet the demands of the department the Customer ServiceAssociate role will require a positive attitude, a multi-tasker with a confident approach with strong customer service skills.


Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Process enquiries efficiently, accurately and within time frame
  • Provide support to customers
  • Provide support to the retention officer role
  • Produce reports and management information (MI) as requested
  • Ensure that expressions of customer dissatisfaction and complaints are escalated accordingly
  • Be responsible for managing own daily workload and tasks
  • Be able to multi task and meet department service levels
  • Deal with telephone and face to face enquiries received within the department promptly, ensuring that a high standard of customer service is provided
  • Use initiative in identifying any practice and process improvements
  • Assist with system testing when required
  • Making efforts to listen and understand the customer both internal and external; anticipating customer needs; giving high priority to customer satisfaction

Salary and Benefits:


  • A salary of £25,000 per annum
  • 27 days holiday (+ 8 Bank Holidays)
