What will you be doing?

Making & taking calls to & from customers to establish reasons for nonpayment
Offering payment solutions to customers in order to restore nonpaying customers to good book
Negotiate agreeable repayment terms in accordance with FCA principals of TCF
Quickly identify vulnerable individuals and escalate these cases with our special support team
Quickly identifying cases that require escalation to our Insolvencies team where appropriate

This is a rapidly moving, hectic & multi-tasking environment, where you need to be able to handle high volume calls
corresponding with customers in a fast paced and efficient manner. You will need to be solutions driven and have
a competitive instinct, resilience in the face of pressure with a "whistle while you work" mentality.

Understanding of lease and asset finance
Knowledge of Consumer Credit Act and other regulatory requirements
AML /KYC requirements
Analytical skills
Ability to negotiate the best outcome and make decisions
Ability to identify build and maintain strong relationships and communicate with key interfaces

Note:

This is a full time role (5 days) in which the team require an individual to cover Saturday shifts from 9-5pm bi-monthly and also 11-7pm shifts in the weekday (only expected 1-2 times in a week).

Hours will be standard outside of this.
