Monday to Friday 07:00 - 17:00, Monday to Friday 06:00 - 16:00, 4 on/4 off 06:00 - 18:00, Monday-Friday

The Main Purpose of the Role:

To be a key part of the Warehouse team to ensure all business requirements and customer demands are carried out in full as required.


To ensure the correct and efficient receipt, storage and despatch of goods while meeting all OTIF (on time, in full) targets are met.

To show full support and compliance to site and regulatory Health & Safety standards and practices.


To work cohesively with all other support functions within the wider operation and carry out any other tasks as reasonably requested by the business.


Requirements:


  • License for (or experience of) Counterbalance, Pivot & PPT trucks, (MEWP) Scissor Lift Certificate.
  • Ability to multi‐task and work in a fastpaced environment.
  • Be selfsufficient and able to work on own initiative and to tight deadlines.
  • Good time keeping & highly organized.
  • Must have own transportation to work.
  • Excellent written & numeracy skills.

Desirable Skills / Experience:


  • Minimum of 1 years' experience of working in a Warehouse environment.
  • Experience with using RDT scanning equipment.
  • Flexibility and willingness to work overtime when needed.

General Duties:


  • Unloading and loading of vehicles using the relevant MHE equipment.
  • Stock put away & replenishment.
  • Pallet and case picking.
  • Preparing pallets ready for dispatch.
  • Loading trailers ensuring all of the pallets are travel safe and correct to the manifest.
  • Assist the inventory team with stock taking as and when required.
  • Carry out rework on pallets when required (detop, restack, case sort etc).
  • Support other departments with workload when volume dictates.
  • Any other tasks as reasonably requested.

Communication:


  • Have excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively with both customers and co‐
  • Be confident and approachable.
  • Attend and contribute to team briefings.

Health & Safety:


  • Maintain compliance with the site H&S standards at all times.
  • Attend relevant training courses.
  • Maintaining a clean and safe working environment by performing general housekeeping where necessary.
  • Ensure that all lifting and moving of products are carried out in accordance with manual handling procedures.
  • Support the site safety culture at all times.
