Your New Role


As part of our human resources family, you will support the business to deliver its strategy by providing the people strategy, policy, processes and advice needed to attract, recruit, aligning, motivate, reward and recognise great people.

You will also partner with internal stakeholders and provide site support where required such as onboarding our new employees.


You will be Survitec's first point of contact for specialist advice with passion and commitment to provide a consistent great customer experience.

You will make sure our services deliver optimally meeting all policy and compliance requirements.


What You Can Expect from the Role

Key Responsibilities and accountabilities:


  • Works within established HR policies and processes to achieve specified goals
  • Contributes to the drafting of transactional HR processes and tools within own area of expertise, ensuring compliance with specified design principles, internal policies and external legal requirements
  • Resolves queries from internal customers by providing information on complex processes and the related policies, referring to others where necessary for interpretation of policy
  • Delivers complex analyses of HR data; identifies key trends and contribute to the creation of HR insights that enable the diagnosis of business issues, enhancement of employee engagement, and/or improvement of business performance
  • Provides advice and guidance to managers in developing, documenting, and communicating solutions (including disciplinary action) for individual Employee Relations cases; supports managers at formal hearings
  • Carries out complex HR data processing tasks; advises colleagues when needed and uses expertise to help improve data collection tools and administration processes
  • Develops own capabilities by participating in assessment and development planning activities as well as formal and informal training and coaching; gain or maintain external professional accreditation where relevant to improve performance and fulfil personal potential. Maintains an understanding of relevant technology, external regulation, and industry best practices through ongoing education, attending conferences, and reading specialist media
  • Builds effective working relationships within the internal client organisation, delivering highquality professional services with guidance from senior colleagues

The Experience, Qualifications and Skills You Will Have

  • 3+ years of experience in similar role
  • Confident managing stakeholder expectations
  • Confident with the full HR onsite cycles
