What you will be doing
This is a 12 month fixed term contract

Salary:
£28,000-£31,000

Full Time

This is a remote role however dependent on location you may have access to an office.

Some travel will be required.

Responsibilities:

Manage endtoend recruitment processes for high volume positions across various departments.
Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Coordinate and schedule interviews, conduct reference checks, and manage offer negotiations.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a High Volume Recruiter or similar role, preferably within a fastpaced environment.
Solid understanding of fullcycle recruitment processes including sourcing techniques, screening methods, interview techniques, and employment laws.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) or other recruiting software is preferred.(Workday preferred)
Ability to adapt quickly in a rapidly changing environment.
