Our client, a well-established and respected Estate Agency is looking for an experienced Lettings Manager to join their expanding team in Birmingham.


This is a great opportunity to take the next step in your career whether that be from a Senior Position or Valuing position.


Ideally, our clients are looking for a Lettings Manager who has the following attributes:

  • 3 years lettings experience
  • Lettings Manager experience would be ideal but not required
  • ARLA qualification is ideal but not essential
  • Mature and articulate
  • Able to manage workload
  • Outgoing and driven individual

Key tasks of a Lettings Manager will include, but will not be limited to:

  • Listing and letting properties
  • Managing the Lettings side
  • Going out and winning business
  • Building relationships with Landlords
  • Liaising between landlords and tenants
  • Negotiating offers

Working hours:


  • Monday to Friday
  • Alternate Saturdays

In return, our clients are offering the successful Lettings Manager:

  • £25,000
  • £28,000 basic
- £40,000 - £50,000 OTE

  • Car allowance
