What would you do in this role and what are we looking for?

Help to promote independence
Supporting with personal care
Assisting with cleaning, shopping, and other day to day activities
Caring and compassionate approach to supporting individuals
Ability to work on your own and as part of a team
Be proactive and have a cando attitude
Previous experience working with adults with learning difficulties and complex needs
Experience in supporting challenging behaviour
