Provide administration support to the Pen Driver Training Team
- Sending/amend joining instructions to clients and trainers.
- Organise trainer's paperwork and invoicing for subcontractors.
- Update clients and systems with pass or fail results and drivers CPC hours and update spreadsheets drivers license number costs details
- Set up Courses 6 weeks in advance, checking PDP/ADR expiry dates to make sure the course is being set up within the 4 month rule.
Qualifications:
Person Specification
- Educated to secondary school standard, 2 or more year's related experience required.
- Ability to work under pressure and without supervision.
- Keen to develop and sustain relationships with both internal and external customers using highly effective social and written communication skills.
- Capable and confident written English skills and real passion when speaking to people on the telephone.
- Training in the role will be provided.
