Description

End-to-end you will design, schedule and report on CRM campaigns from ideation and briefing stages right through to execution and analysis, using your expertise to design and uphold best-practice CRM.


The Role:


  • Overseeing the daytoday workload of all CRM Campaigns, working off a content planner to execute and deliver campaigns.
  • Working alongside the Senior Designer to plan a targeted content strategy across a range of segments.
  • Evolve campaigns based on A/B testing strategy, send times and days to maximise growth and revenue.
  • Reporting on daytoday findings from campaigns.
  • What we are looking for:
  • Over 2 Years CRM & Design Experience
  • Degree level qualification in Design or Marketing.
  • Creative, Analytical and KPI Driven
  • A great understanding of the Beauty Demographic.
