Hourly Rate:
£9.50 - £12


Hours per week: 37.5

Shift Times: 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. or 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Here at Willing Care, we are seeking an Administrator for one of our very established clients._


About our client:


Our client is looking for an experienced Administrator to join their warm and welcoming Care Home; They specialise in Elderly care and are in the process of setting up a domiciliary care branch.

The role of an Administrator within the service involves:

  • Processing invoices and payroll as of when it is required
  • Being responsible for petty cash and at time dealing with client monies
  • Handling internal and external enquiries, ensuring they are dealt in a timely manner
  • Ensuring that all information and documentation is correctly processed in line with internal and external policies
  • Undertaking diary management
  • Participating and preparing meetings as requested

Requirements for the Administrator role:


  • 2 years' experience within an administration role
  • Experience with invoicing and money management
  • Driving license and access to a car
