Description

Customer Service Support apprentice
As a Customer Service Support apprentice, you will be at the heart of the Commercial Team at Biogen UK.

Helping to deliver the best service to our customers whilst learning lots of skills to become a proactive member of the team.

The employer's location is remote; in a North Bedfordshire village (Milton Ernest).

You will provide support to the Biogen Commercial Team, carrying out the following duties

  • Assisting with preparing and updating daily scheduling for all incoming and outgoing waste.
  • Carrying out basic administrative duties.
  • Answering the phones and handling initial customer enquiries.
  • Distributing weekly and monthly reports.
  • Setting up contracts on bespoke weighbridge system and updating associated contracts and supporting documentation.

Able to provide great levels of service for our customers.

Able to work and learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.

Care about doing a great job.

Ability to travel to and from the office which is in a remote location.

Training to be Provided
You will be trained and mentored to monitor and update the compliance database in preparation for auditing.

Full in-house training on all aspects of the job role.

Customer Service Level 2 qualification.


Future Prospects
A permanent position will be on offer upon successful completion of the Apprenticeship. Apprenticeship with the opportunity of undertaking a level 3 qualification in another field. Pay review on completion of Level 2 Customer Service.
