Job Description:
Position Purpose
- The purpose of the position is to lead, coach and develop a team of four Territory Managers in Customer Relationships team The team will be responsible with proactively defending selected customers among customer relationships portfolio by building & implementing joint business plans and identifying and executing strategic or growth opportunities.
- Lead, coach and manage Territory Managers in stated regions/countries.
- Conduct recruit, induct and activate new joiners to the team.
- Actively accompany team members in the field and train them with demonstrated leadership & expertise.
- Built and manage the funnel of strategic/growth opportunities and customer partnership projects for stated regions/countries.
- Lead the customer negotiations with the execution of strategic/growth opportunities and customer partnership projects.
- Lead the execution of company's strategic objectives in line with CHEP Northern Europe's Smart Choice Strategy in the stated regions/countries (digital customer solutions, field sorted pallet )
- Provide feedback & influence to Commercial Excellence and Marketing in order to develop tools and process to improve effectiveness of the team.
- Create a team culture within Customer Relationships Team in accordance with our 3 key behaviours. (Collaborate, Agile, Waste Nothing)
- University Degree at Business or Supply Chain related programmes are favourable.
- 3+ years of experience at customer facing roles
- 2 years of team management experience (desirable)
Bachelors - Business Administration/Management
Preferred Level of Work Experience
- 5 years
