Pulse Nursing at Home (Part of Acacium Group)
London Office (Appold Street - EC2A 2AP)
Permanent, Full Time
£24,500 (+ Annual Bonus) rising to £26,000 after 6 months
Shift pattern - Monday to Friday, mixture of 7am-3:30pm & 10:30am-7pm
(Hybrid working, 3 days in office & 2 days working from home)

You will act as an initial point of contact for customers and support with enquiries from clients, agency workers and the wider operations of the business.

Part of the Acacium Group, Pulse Nursing at Home provides flexible, bespoke care for people living in their own homes and communities.

Everyday you will
- Creating monthly rotas for home care patients, managing carers and Nurses to fill the rota with as much coverage as possible.
- Be resilient with your approach to work always presenting professional, courteous and knowledgeable behaviour to clients, service users, field staff and
- Liaise with external clients to enhance client relationship to support business growth, often establishing additional demand and promoting nurse availability.

To thrive in this role, you must ideally have...
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience in a customer service or customerfocused environment
- The ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines whilst remaining resilient and working at a fast pace
- The drive to learn and grow your skillset to improve performance on a daily basis
- Previous exposure to a administrative or Healthcare background would be desireable
