Senior Warehouse Operative/Team Leader - AM Shift

Role Profile
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage daily warehouse operations to ensure that all processes are executed efficiently and effectively
- Plan and coordinate the work of a team of warehouse operatives to ensure all tasks are completed within deadlines
- Ensure that all health and safety procedures are followed at all times
- Ensure that the warehouse is kept clean and tidy and that all equipment is properly maintained
- Develop and implement new processes and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity
- Lead and motivate the warehouse team to achieve daily targets
- Liaise with other departments to ensure that all aspects of the supply chain are functioning effectively
- Ensure that all stock is accurately recorded and managed in line with company procedures
- Proven experience as a Senior Warehouse Operative/Warehouse Team Leader or similar role
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Knowledge of health and safety procedures in a warehouse environment
- Familiarity with warehouse management software and systems
