Ktrio Consultancy and Healthcare Business School works with helping new healthcare businesses in their start-up and development phase. We are based in Leeds and currently
growing our team to meet the needs of our new clients.


Job role:


  • Coordinate and oversee client projects from inception to completion, ensuring all tasks are completed on time and within budget.
  • Prepare and format documents, reports, and presentations according to company standards and client requirements.
  • Transactions, reconciling accounts, and generating financial reports.
  • Meetings, managing calendars, and minutes taking, project details, financial transactions, and other relevant data.
  • Effective communication and collaboration.
  • Records, conducting thorough reviews and revisions as needed.
  • Maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all time

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:


  • Handle basic bookkeeping tasks such as recording financial
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling
  • Maintain accurate and uptodate records of client information,
  • Liaise with clients, colleagues, and external stakeholders to facilitate
  • Ensure the quality and accuracy of all documentation and financial
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and guidelines
  • Required minimum GCSE's in Maths and English
  • Strong understanding of basic bookkeeping principles and practices.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in document preparation,
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to
  • Proactive and selfmotivated, with the ability to work independently
  • Experience / understanding of Health and Social Care (CQC, CIW,CIS, OFSTED etc.) would be highly desirable

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
£23,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
