Ktrio Consultancy and Healthcare Business School works with helping new healthcare businesses in their start-up and development phase. We are based in Leeds and currentlygrowing our team to meet the needs of our new clients.
Job role:
- Coordinate and oversee client projects from inception to completion, ensuring all tasks are completed on time and within budget.
- Prepare and format documents, reports, and presentations according to company standards and client requirements.
- Transactions, reconciling accounts, and generating financial reports.
- Meetings, managing calendars, and minutes taking, project details, financial transactions, and other relevant data.
- Effective communication and collaboration.
- Records, conducting thorough reviews and revisions as needed.
- Maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all time
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:
- Handle basic bookkeeping tasks such as recording financial
- Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling
- Maintain accurate and uptodate records of client information,
- Liaise with clients, colleagues, and external stakeholders to facilitate
- Ensure the quality and accuracy of all documentation and financial
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and guidelines
- Required minimum GCSE's in Maths and English
- Strong understanding of basic bookkeeping principles and practices.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in document preparation,
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to
- Proactive and selfmotivated, with the ability to work independently
- Experience / understanding of Health and Social Care (CQC, CIW,CIS, OFSTED etc.) would be highly desirable
Job Types:

Salary:
£23,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
