Contract duration: 12 months FTC

Location; Birmingham


Main duties and responsibilities:

  • Maintain the firms HR database (audits, inputting, updating).
  • Manage all onboarding processes for trainee intakes.
  • Assist in changes to T&C's documentation and processes for HR&L.
  • Assist in family leave documentation and processes for HR&L.
  • Assist in all starter and leaver documentation and processes for HR&L.
  • Liaise with payroll on any related matters.
  • Maintaining Action Plans on OneHR ensuring they are up to date with current processes.
  • Handle internal and external telephone enquiries.
  • To assist the Central HRSS team with the majority of administrative tasks.
  • HR project work, reviewing and maintaining HRSS documentation in line company policies. Liaising with project stakeholders and communicating changes.
  • Assist with annual promotion rounds.
  • Maintain and update the HRSS SharePoint page
  • Responsibility for collating and analysing the quarterly consultancy review
  • Log HRSS invoices and maintain HR credit card

Qualifications:

  • Good standard of education good GCSE or A Level Grades

Relevant Experience:

  • 2 years administration experience preferably within an HR or a professional services background
