The role - Behaviour Mentor

We are seeking an enthusiastic Behaviour Mentor to support the schools most challenging students on a 1:1 basis.

For this Behaviour Mentor role you will be working with students with SEMH and Challenging behaviour so you must have strong behaviour management skills and have a calm and confident approach with the ability to diffuse challenging situations should they arise calmly and effectively.

Team Teach is desirable but not essential for this Behaviour Mentor role.
