We have another exciting opportunity here at Age UK As part of our newly formed Strategic Portfolio Management Office (PMO), we are now recruiting for a
Strategic PMO Quality Manager.

Utilising their previous experience within a similar role and excellent analytical skills, the
Strategic PMO Quality Manager will be responsible for establishing a framework of how all projects and programmes should be run across the charity.

As
Strategic PMO Quality Manager, you will be committed to ensuring all projects and programmes are delivered utilising the PMO framework and provide assurance to the Director of Strategic Planning that the framework is being utilised acrossall Age UK projects and programmes by conducting targeted assurance reviews.

You will also play an instrumental role in ensuring that benefits of the PMO framework are realised.

This fantastic opportunity would suit an experienced PMO Quality Manager with excellent communication skills and a passion for quality and improvement.

You will have:

Experience of Programme/Project management with a thorough understanding of lifecycles, process, and methodologies with a thirst to remain current.
Demonstrable evidence of interpersonal and communication skills with a proven track record of building robust, collaborative, and productive relationships.
Experience in managing assurance activities across projects/programme/portfolios.
Strong analytical skills underpinned with sound judgement under pressure, a trouble shooter able to anticipate risks and facilitate successful delivery.
A passion and enthusiasm about working within a charity.
Previous experience developing PMO standards and processes.
Experience producing benefits maps and benefits workshops facilitation experience.
Lean six/sigma or continuous improvement qualification or experience.
