We are looking for an experienced Cutting Shop Operative to join our team

Have 1-2 years' experience operating plasma or press in a similar engineering environment

Ability to meet deadlines

Can read and interpret drawings

PERSONAL SPECIFICATION
Essential Criteria

12 years' experience operating the press / plasma
12 years' experience in a similar engineering environment following rigorous work schedules and meeting strict deadlines.
Ability to read and interpret drawings, work instructions and specifications.

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

Effective communication and interpersonal skills to deal with individuals at all levels of the business successfully;
Ability to maintain high levels of accuracy and attention to detail;
Ability to work unsupervised and use initiative;
Flexibility to move between required tasks, business needs and departments.
