Our friendly team at Meallmore are looking for a
Housekeeping/ Laundry Assistant to be part of the team in
Airthrey Care Home in
Airthrey.

Airthrey Care Nursing Home is a state-of-the-art purpose-built care home located in Airth, close to Falkirk and Stirling.

Airthrey has a team of professional and experienced registered nurses and care workers who provide personalised nursing care for the elderly, and those with dementia and other health conditions.

Meallmore have invested heavily in the
latest PPE and cleaning products to ensure you will be working in a safe environment.

And we pledge to focus on your ongoing development, including e-learning, a
12-week induction programme and ongoing mentorship scheme. We'll support you to achieve your potential.

Your role as a Meallmore Housekeeping Assistant will include:

High standard of cleanliness adhering to additional covid measures for covid19/Omicron
Cleaning the bedrooms and bathrooms for the elderly residents of our 65bed care home also communal areas
Vacuum rooms and corridors
Dispose of waste accordingly
Change and replenish towels and guest amenities in line with company guidelines
Restock and maintain trolley on daily basis completion of cleaning schedules

Qualifications and skills:

Positive attitude
A driven individual that can use their own initiative
Good communication skills both written and verbal
Ability to work on your own or in teams
Flexible and reliable
Experience working within Care Homes, Hospitality, Schools or Commercial (Desirable but not essential)

Pay Rate:
