Classroom Assistant - Aylesbury

We are seeking a Classroom Assistant to work within a wonderful school setting in the Aylesbury area. As a Classroom Assistant, you will be required to help children with their learning and all aspects of their development.

To be considered for this position, you will need to have previous experience working with children ideally in a professional setting and be comfortable working with SEN given the nature of the role as a Classroom Assistant.

The Role:

Support primaryaged students with their learning as a Classroom Assistant
Contribute to creating a safe, supportive and engaging learning environment as a Classroom Assistant
Work with children 1:1 and groups of SEN children on a daily basis
Communicate closely with colleagues to ensure progress of students is prioritised as a Classroom Assistant
Ensure safety for pupils in and out of class as a Classroom Assistant

Requirements:

Available for an immediate start
Recent experience working with children in some capacity is essential where a reference can be obtained
Willingness to support SEN primaryaged children as a Classroom Assistant
Passion for working with children as a Classroom Assistant
Live local to Aylesbury or within a commutable distance

Pay rate is dependent on qualifications, experience and skills.
