We are looking for a
BARISTA to join the Pure family.

This is a hands-on role and you will be responsible for preparing our delicious 100% Arabica bean coffees (and all hot drinks) whilst providing great customer service.

In order to succeed in this role, you need be an outgoing, energetic person who demonstrates the same values that we live by at Pure - Thoughtful, Passionate, Inventive and Generous.

What we are offering:


  • Salary up to £12.50 per hr (including £1 weekly bonus after 10 days)
  • Permanent contract (no zerohour contracts at Pure)
- £15 daily food and drinks allowance (£3,600 worth of food and drinks per year)

  • Up to 28 days of holiday and an extra half day every 12 months (up to 32 days)
  • Referral scheme. £100 for both you and the person you refer after 3 months of employment

Responsibilities:


  • Preparing all the hot drinks according to the Pure standards
  • Providing exceptional customer service
  • Training and coaching the coffee makers within the team, inspiring them to be the best they can
  • Monitoring and controlling the stock and waste levels
