My client is one of London's award-winning restaurants, and they are after a Pass Operator to join their kitchen team.

Experience working in hospitality will help, but training will be given.
Excellent verbal and written skills are essential.
Fantastic customer service.
Highly organised.

Outline of Role:

As a kitchen pass operator, you will be trained to use the Kitchen Display Systems (KDS) to organise operations in the back of house and deliver dishes with coordinated print-out tickets.

You within the team trained and learning our new/current dishes recipes understanding foods allergies and hygiene.

Adapting to be able to pack takeaway orders, prepare/keep good records of kitchen pass utensils and food safety logs within your team.

You will need to be a team player, have good fitness, be motivated,and interested in Asian cuisine foods, have exceptional communication, be flexible on shift, and work under pressure in a busy, successful kitchen and restaurant.

Daily Tasks:

Good punctual
KDS interactive interface
Stock package organise
Multitasking handling
Good communications
Dealing with constraints
Carrying out daily cleaning tasks
Food safety & allergies
Records daily food safety logs
Teamwork within front & back of house
Complies with company procedures for Health & Safety and Hygiene standards

Benefits:

- £11 - £13/hr. DOE

28 Days Paid Holiday.
Permanent Position.

Hours of Work - Various Shifts but 5 full days & 2 days off:

Monday:
Closed

Tuesday: 12:00pm-11:00pm

Wednesday: 12:00pm-11:00pm

Thursday: 12:00pm-11:00pm

Friday: 12:00pm-11:00pm

Saturday: 12:00pm-11:00pm

Sunday: 12:00pm-09:00pm
