The Role
We're looking for a Recruitment Business Partner on permanent basis to work on site in London. Working in a delivery focused role handling vacancies and relationships across various business areas for our specific client ensuring the recruitment process runs seamlessly and be on hand to provide excellent recruitment expertise

Key Responsibilities

Service relationship development and management across key customer stakeholders and suppliers
Ensure all job vacancies are fully qualified with the hiring manager / decision maker
Manage recruitment fulfilment and delivery requirements inline with company and client SLA
Development of best practice and knowledge share across client. Managing the daytoday operations of the account, including the requisition fulfilment process and talent expert liaising with hiring communities.

What we're looking for
You will need experience within a recruitment or HR role and have great relationship management experience.

You will be proficient in all Microsoft Office packages, as well as able to pick up new systems quickly and effectively.

You will also have a real passion for maintaining relationships and be an ambassador for Guidant Global.
