My Client is a brand with heritage, and is a well established Retailer, who are looking for a Concession Manager to manage the day to day running of this customer focused and specialist Store.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a customer focused, driven and ambitious Supervisor, Keyholder or Assistant Manager to join this premium retailer.

Job Role:

As Concession Manager, you will report directly to the Area Manager and be responsible for assisting in the day to day operations of the store.

You will be the role model for exceptional customer service and through inspirational leadership develop your teamto be ambassadors of the brand.

You'll combine your experience, commercial insight and positive attitude to continually grow the success of the brands and look to exceed targets year on year.

Previous experience working as a Supervisor, Team Leader or Assistant Manager an advantage,
*Strong commercial acumen and merchandising awareness.
*Commerciality is key
- must be KPI driven
*Know how to drive sales through a team
*Positive and adaptable approach to problem solving.
*Delivers clear expectations to the team.
*Be an effective people manager, who knows how to develop talent and be a strong
motivational leader
*Good organisation ability and forward planning. Thinks well on their feet.
*Understands the importance of delivery great customer service and putting the customer at
the heart of everything we do.
*Proven record of delivering sales and is motivated to work to targets and deadlines.
