Sales Administrator

Location - Northampton

Salary - £22,000 per annum

Reed are working with a local business to recruit within their Sales Administration team, the purpose of the role is to support customers with their orders and answer incoming customer queries.


Duties of a Sales Administrator

  • Process customer orders Keeping customers updated with their orders
  • Processing product returns and crediting customer accounts when required
  • Ensure the company's procedures are followed while meeting company SLAs Work with other departments to resolve customer queries

Experience & Skills Required

  • Previous experience of call handling with customer queries in a B2C capacity
  • Ability to resolve customer queries effectively
  • Attention to detail when checking account and order details
  • Numeracy and Literacy to a good standard for communication purposes
  • Ability to manage priorities and workload
  • Good working knowledge & experience with Microsoft Office software including Outlook, Word, Excel
