About the role:

In this role you will support the effective operation of the School's academic quality assurance, including all procedures, assessments and administration processes.

You will handle queries of varying complexity from students, academic staff and external clients, whilst ensuring the School's adherence to the University's regulations, providing professional advice to staff and guidance on a range of student matters.

In addition, you will ensure that students receive feedback and marks for assessed work within the timescales set by the University.


About you:

With a demonstrable understanding of quality assurance issues in Higher Education, including an understanding of the major national issues in academic quality and standard, you will be able to display experience of interpreting and complying with complex procedures or regulations.


You will have excellent communication skills, with the ability to give and receive information using a variety of methods, using tact and discretion where required.

As a self-starter with a keen eye for detail, you will understand the importance of meeting customer needs and providing a high-quality service.
