Attention all experienced School Caretakers We are currently seeking a full-time School Caretaker to join our team in Newham, starting on April 24th, 2023.

Key responsibilities include:

Developing and implementing a maintenance plan for all school facilities.
Coordinating with external contractors for repairs and maintenance.
Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Managing and supervising the cleaning team.
Overseeing the security and safety of the school premises.
Managing budgets and resources effectively.
Previous experience in a similar role.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Strong organisational and problemsolving abilities.
A good understanding of health and safety regulations.
A proven track record of managing budgets and resources effectively.
A proactive and handson approach to facilities management.
