About you:

  • Experience supporting EDI working groups and projects, as well as dealing with external stakeholders with competing priorities
  • Be able to demonstrate a knowledge of equality law and best practice approaches and consultation methodologies.
  • Proven track record of dealing with Equality Analysis (Equality Impact Assessments and EDI data assessments.
  • Awareness of diverse communities and inclusive and accessible methods of engagements and consultation.
  • Strong analysis and project management skills to aid the support of multiple worksteams of consultations, internal stakeholders, external suppliers and engagement activities.
This is a hybrid opportunity which provides flexible working arrangements.
