Are you looking for an opportunity to use your analytical skills to investigate challenges related to social mobility, evaluating the effectiveness of admissions, contextual data, and to generate predictive models?

Our Undergraduate Admissions and Outreach department is seeking two talented and experienced evaluation professionals to join its Evaluation & Analysis team.

You will play a pivotal role in the research and analysis of Undergraduate Admissions at Oxford.

This includes detailed analysis of admissions processes, where you would work in close collaboration with academic staff and admissions coordinators, to review the effectiveness and fairness of admissions processes, and identify evidence-based improvements.

Other work includes further development of effective models for contextualising applicant performance during admissions.

If you enjoy data analysis and visualisation, simulations of hypothetical selection scenarios, and working in a collaborative environment then this role is for you
