We are looking for a Site Operative to join our Site Services Installations Team, working on client sites across the UK.

Reporting into the Installations Manager, the Site Operative will work within the Project Delivery team to install and fit out modules to a high standard for our clients.

Role Details

Hourly Rate: £14.24 per hour
Role based: York, YO32 9PT
Contract type: Permanent
Annual leave: 24 plus bank holidays

Role Responsibilities

Install and maintain modules to agreed specification
Report Health and Safety incidents.
Follow safety, productivity and quality standards set by the Company
Assist other employees and subcontractors to comply with legislation, procedures and product specifications
Assist with cranage operations and other trade activities on site and in manufacturing.
Assist with the assessment, training and monitoring of subcontractors

We are looking for someone who:

Establishes good relationships with customers and staff
Shares expertise and knowledge with others;
Follows instructions & procedures
Copes with pressures & setbacks
Apprenticed trained or NVQ or other suitable trade background
Full UK driving license
Health and Safety Qualifications (e.g. IOSH, SSSTS) and CSCS cardholder
Roof Safety and Rescue
PASMA Tower Scaffold Certificate
IPAF Mobile working Platform Certificate
CPCS Slinger & Signaller Qualification
Minimum of 3 years trade background
Site Installations experience
Can work at height
Ability to read and understand drawings
