Do you have a background in Customer Service or Contact Centre experience? If so, I have the role for you

I'm on the hunt for a Customer Service Advisor to join a fast-paced team based in the Warrington area. You'll be part of a well-established business who provides a repair service to their customers via an inbound service. We're looking for someonewith inbound Customer Service experience on a temporary contract with the view to go permanent. The role is paying £10 per hour with free car parking and full training provided

What will you be doing as a Customer Service Advisor?:

You will take the customer's contact and address details to locate their account.
You will need to capture the customers current location.
You will be asking the customer questions to find out what repair needs to be done, how it got damaged and further details.
You will then check the engineer availability to see if they go out to the customer for their repair.
If the engineer is booked up, you will be responsible to find the customer the nearest store for them to visit.
You will ensure you note the system on and changes to their appointment with the engineer, cancellations, or other contact information.

Customer Contact experience.
Good communication skills.
Somebody who is accountable and can take ownership.
Attention to detail.
Reliable.
You can work in a fastpaced environment.
Competent with IT skills.

What will you get in return for your work as a Customer Service Advisor?:

Sunday to Thursday from 8:30am to 5:30pm.
You will be working Monday to Friday whilst you're in training.
Temp to permanent.

- £10 per hour.

Free parking.
Weekly pay.
Once you have completed training and your performance is where it needs to be, you can work from home.
