Your Role:


At Complete Care Agency, we feel very strongly that as human beings we all have the right to make choices about how and where we live our lives.

We recognize that everybody is different and as such should be supported to make choices about the care and support they need, to help them live a fulfilled life.

You would be there to help facilitate this by offering care and support where it is needed.


Our client:


  • Our client is a young lady with a spinal injury. She enjoys listening to music, reading, and watching documentaries.
  • She loves being out in the fresh air and is currently learning 2 languages.
  • Our client undertakes weekly physiotherapy sessions and requires her carers to be able to drive her manual mobility vehicle to enable her to travel to these appointments and to live a full and active life.

Skills and personal characteristics needed to be a carer are:
  • Caring and kind with a desire to make a difference in client's lives.
  • Cheerful and friendly.
  • Willing to be handson with clients at all times while following their care plan.
  • Willing to do personal care tasks (washing, toileting, etc.)
  • Willing to undertake more complex care including tracheostomy, nebulizers, peg feeding or stoma and Bowel care.
  • Administering medication.
  • Able to follow instructions and procedures.
  • Able to work in a team but also use their own initiative.
  • Willing to adapt to ongoing training as client's practice and needs may change.

Available shifts:

Monday to Sunday 07:00 - 22:00 or night shifts 21:30 - 08:30
