Financial Adviser Administrator, Northampton
Salary £28,000p.a to £32,000p.a. depending on experience + benefits
We are delighted to be working with this well established Chartered firm of financial planners who now have an opportunity for an Administrator to join the business.
Financial Adviser Administrator Role Overview
The role will be within a small team of 4 to provide support at least one of the advisers., which could include the following tasks;
- Preparing Client Portfolio reviews
- Fund/Plan Performance analysis
- Trades/Switches (processing through to sign off)
- Sourcing/generating provider Illustrations
- Income Modelling/Cashflow Planning
- Gathering tax information/ Tax calculations
- Pension calculations
- New Business (processing through to sign off)
- Drafting meeting summary communications for adviser
- Drafting Suitability Letters
- Provider communication (verbal & written)
- Client communication (F2F,verbal & written)
- Updating client database (Intelliflo)
About You
- Ideally 3 years experience working for an IFA (Financial Planning) business
- Working within a Financial Services business essential, e.g. banking or building society experience
- One or two FS qualifications ((CII or similar)
- Good with MS Excel, Word and Outlook

- 22 DAYS Initially increasing to 25 days (a day a year). After 5 years the holiday is 26 days and after 10 years it's 2 *average 7.5 hours a day which can be worked flexibly between 8am & 6pm, Monday to Friday. Standard office hours are 8.45am to 5.15 pm.

£28,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
