Salary - £19,500

Location -
Stoke-On-Trent

Contract - Permanent

Working Hours - Rotational shift pattern Between 8am - 5.30pm Monday to Friday

The role:

You'll be working in a fast-paced environment where 'first time resolution' lies at the heart of what we do.

It is therefore important you are self-motivated, able to multitask and can confidently respond to all customer correspondence with accuracy and within service level agreements.


The role is challenging yet rewarding as you'll be dealing with a variety of customers with different financial situations each day and tailoring solutions to help them on the road to financial recovery.


To help you launch your career with Advantis, we will provide in-depth induction training where you will quickly become an expert on the Credit Industry, our bespoke systems, and our clients.

Following the completion of your probation we'll help you to develop your skills even further and for those who want to progress, create the right opportunities.
