Macildowie HR are working with a Milton Keynes based Financial Services Company who are fast paced, commercial and getting busier as the year goes on The company is roughly 1800 employee's with800 on site at Milton Keynes.
They are looking for a strategic HR Manager to join their team on a permanent basis.This role will be a lovely split between operational support to the HR team and strategic foresight, planning and setting agendas.
This is a really interesting position Not limited to the fact that you will manage a team of 5 HR professionals, supporting them on everything the day to day throws at them.
Due to the nature of the industry and site, compliance is a huge part to this position, supporting the team managing background checks and giving final sign off.
Alongside the operational aspects there is a lot of strategic elements you will be responsible for including various projects- Management of the compliance process and security checks
- Implementation of line management coaching and training
- Projects focussing on mental health and wellbeing
- Company internal comms and engagement
