_Adele Carr Recruitment_ are excited to be working alongside a well-established and growing Manufacturing company based in Trafford, Greater Manchester, to recruit for a
_Management Accountant_, initially on a 6 month, full time contract. There is a high likelihood that this role could go permanent after the initial 6 months.

You will be CIMA fully qualified, although those with extensive manufacturing experience will be considered with ACCA, ACA etc.

In return my client is offering:

  • Salary £45,000-55,000 although this is negotiable
  • Free onsite car parking
  • Hybrid working (after 6 week onboarding)
  • Potential for temptoperm.

The Main Responsibilities of the Role consist of:

  • Assist in the preparation of manufacturing reports and accounts
  • Maintaining customer profitability report
  • Maintaining cost tracking report.
  • Calculation of monthly agents commission Production of operational cashflow reports Maintenance of logistics costs
  • Assist in the control and reporting of stocks
  • Prepare and process journals to support month end process.
  • Ensure overseas standard cost entries are maintained.
  • Provide accurate and timely product cost information to support budget and forecast processes.
  • Assist in the preparation of standard material cost rollup
  • Support other regular and oneoff business decisions using appropriate techniques
  • Above list is not exhaustive and other duties may be required

The Ideal Applicant, will have:

  • Experience of working in manufacturing (ideally 2+ years)
  • A positive and 'can do' attitude
  • Strong communication and analytic skills
  • Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision, and alongside others as part of a small team.
  • Drive and determination to hit the ground running.
