E and P Catering Butchers are one of Coventry's most trusting, reliable and leading meat suppliers to the trade and restaurants.
We are looking for a new office assistant to join us on our mission to be the number one quality catering butchers in the Midlands


Working days for this role are Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday - with alternate Saturday mornings. (Please note we are closed on Tuesday)

Responsibilities:


  • Invoicing orders and dispatching drivers in the morning
  • Handling and resolving customer enquiries and queries in a timely manner
  • Answering and transferring incoming calls
  • Data collection and data input
  • Filing, photocopying, scanning
  • Managing price files and inputting up to date information
  • General admin duties

Knowledge, Skills, Experience

  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Selfmotivated and able to work well as part of a team
  • Good organisational and timemanagement skills
  • Good customer service ethos

Working hours will alternate:


Monday and Wednesday 8am - 3pm, Thursday and Friday 7am - 2pm.

Please note any hours worked on Saturday's are put through as a bonus and are an addition to the Monday-Friday salary.

Training for our invoicing systems will be provided and guidance within all other areas will be continuous.

£390.00 per week

Ability to commute/relocate:
