The Role


As a Graduate Group Project Coordinator, you will be using your strategic, analytical, and organisational skills to assist other members of the Group Project Management team.

Here, you will drive projects forward and ensure that our colleagues achieve the outcomes required to allow us to continue delivering 'best in class' service to our customers.


Key Responsibilities

  • Support the development and maintenance of project plan(s), ensuring updates are recorded timely and accurately.
  • Reporting on project progress and cost, feeding into the Group Project Manager's reports to the Board of Directors.
  • Collaborating with a diverse range of stakeholders across the Group.
  • Supporting the identification of key project stakeholders to define requirements.
  • Monitoring and tracking project budgets throughout the entirety of the project lifecycle.
  • Facilitating meetings and site visits including logistics, invitations and schedules.
  • Writing notes and minute taking, including maintaining and updating project plans and action logs.
  • Provide support to the Group PMO Team and project team members.

Skills and Attributes Required
A degree is preferable in Business Management, Surveying, Communications or similar.

We will however look at more than just your academic results and will also consider your strengths, values and motivations.

In addition, you should be able to demonstrate.

  • Discipline in attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills; both written and verbal, with contributions to presentations and reports.
  • Strong written communication is required for internal communication but particularly for communication with external stakeholders, suppliers, and contractors
  • Stakeholder management skills, both internal and external.
  • Proactive and selfmotivated with the ability to multitask whilst working to strict deadlines.
  • Driven approach to work and achieving results as an individual and as part of a team.
  • Excellent team player working within cross functional project teams to meet common objectives.
