You will be an important part of the Soft Landscaping Team in this industry leading Landscaping contractor.

The company are renowned for their award-winning Garden Landscapes and are known for delivering complex, city centre installations often on the roof of a development.

They are the "go-to" resource for designers and contractors looking to create outstanding garden environments.

As the Supervisor of one of the Soft Landscaping Teams you will continue the work of the Hard Landscapers working to complete some of the most prestigious landscape projects.

You will need to maintain a clear understanding of the works, provide the client with a contact on site and supervise your team to ensure that the works are completed on time and to specification.

The Job:

Reporting to the Head of Soft Landscaping you will take responsibility for managing consecutive sites in London.

Working with Plans and Planting Diagrams to accurately create Landscaping schemes
Your plant and general horticultural knowledge will enable you to identify problems and devise suitable solutions.
Liaising with Clients and the Office to report progress
Motivating the workforce and organising each day's work scheduling.
Ensure all stock is available for each site on a daily basis, organising calloffs and deliveries to ensure completion dates are met
Produce Risk Assessments, RAMS and ensure PPE is available.
Maintain a good client relationship, dealing with the Client needs and resourcing them adequately
Making sure that all tools and equipment are well maintained, clean and serviceable
Experience in the planting of large, mature trees in urban locations would be very useful.

The Person:

You will have previous supervisory experience in a landscaping role and have good communication skills.

Importantly you will be hardworking with good attention to detail and will probably hold a level 2 or 3 Horticultural qualification.

Be used to working with Drawings and Planting Diagrams.
Highly organised and professional in approach with a keen eye for detail
Assertive and proactive in thinking and approach, Robust, committed and commercially minded

Qualifications:
