About the role
Title - Guest Experience Host

Pay Rate - £11.15, per hour

Location - Oxford OX1

Shift Timings - Part time vacancy, 20 hours a week, every Saturday and Sunday.

You will receive discounts throughout the shopping center shops.

As a Guest Experience Host you will be the face of the shopping center, responsible for delivering excellent standards in service and hospitality which surpass our guest's aspirations.

You will make every Guests' special right from the start and doing your utmost to make all guests feel welcome.

This Guest Experience Host role is offered a full time, permanent basis, also part time and will be working on a shift basis, including weekends.

To succeed in this role, you will need the following:

3-year checkable work/career history.
Experience in Customer/Guest Services would be fabulous, not essential as you will be trained on site.
Great skills in prioritising, organisation and working well under pressure.
Computer literacy skills
Physically fit to undertake given tasks.
The ability to think on your feet, great initiative and an 'even better if' mentality.
