Description

The House Of Trembling Madness has an opening in our kitchen team. We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated person to be a part of team.

Experience preferred but not essential as full training will be provided.

Duties will include:

Prepare, cook & serve fresh food using local ingredients to the highest standards
Learn new techniques and skills to assist in running the kitchen.
Learn to work independently on your own section in the kitchen.
Keep accurate records & reporting; Fridge temperatures, cooking temperatures, hot holding temperatures, cooling records, cleaning records, delivery records.
Work in a fastpaced environment where organization and forward planning are essential.
Ensure appropriate stock levels and keep correctly organized and labelled.
Ensure effective communication between all the chefs in the team and frontofhouse.
Ensure food safety and allergy regulations are always adhered to.
