We are really excited to have partnered with well renowned financial institution who have recently renovated their office in Bristol and are now looking for new Customer Service Advisers.

You'll be tasked with providing amazing service and up-to-date support to both clients and brokers.

This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates with some customer service experience to kick start their careers with incredible training and progression opportunities.


What you'll be doing

  • Staying uptodate with bank mortgage policies.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and brokers
  • Monitor both telephones and web chats in a timely manner.
  • Support customers through their whole mortgage journey.
  • Provide continued uptodate support.
  • Keeping customers informed throughout the process.

What you'll need to apply

  • A confident personality with an ability to build great relationships.
  • Previous Customer Service, Sales or similar experienced is beneficial.
