35 Hours per Week

£30,095 (Salary NJC Scale point 25
)

Do you have the knowledge to support individuals struggling with substance misuse?
We are looking for an inspiring Outreach Team Leader to join our Assertive Outreach Team.

This fantastic opportunity will see you joining a superb service working across the boroughs of Bury, Bolton Salford & Trafford.

If you want to make a substantial difference to the lives of vulnerable people struggling with substance misuse, this is the role for you


This opportunity will enable you to develop knowledge, techniques and experience in an area of social care that is under enormous demand for help.

If you crave influence and responsibility within a team, this is a role where your voice is not only heard but contributes towards quick, satisfying outcomes, motivating service users into substance misuse services.

Not only this, but as a Team Leader you will work alongside other amazing like-minded individuals and agencies with the sole aim of supporting people in Bury, Bolton Salford and Trafford.
