We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated SEND Teaching Assistant to join one of our excellent schools in Chelsea.

As an SEND Teaching Assistant, you will work with children who require additional support to achieve their full potential, both academicallyand socially.

You will work closely with the class teacher and other professionals to provide one-to-one support, small group intervention, and whole-class support to pupils with SEND.

You will use your knowledge and experience to differentiate activities and adapt teachingresources to ensure that every child can access the curriculum.

In addition to providing outstanding support to our pupils, we are committed to investing in our staff's professional development. Therefore, if successful in this role, we offer teacher training opportunities to help you progress your career in education.

To be considered for this role, you should ideally have experience of working with children with SEND in a primary school setting, and hold a relevant qualification such as a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent.

You should also be an excellentcommunicator and have a positive attitude towards working as part of a team.
