If so, we have an opportunity for a
Senior International Support Administrator (12 month FTC)
to join our Sales team**The Impact you will have in this role is:
  • Manage daily activity for major customers and distributors orders, order input, communicating stock shortages & advising of new delivery dates. Processing orders with warehouse to ensure delivery dates are met.
  • Help senior administrators to manage forward and in season orders, stock delay management and cancellations
  • Work closely with senior administrators and completing any ad hoc tasks in a timely manner
  • Assist with coordination and delivery of all salesman samples
  • Maintain database of all customers details and profiles
  • Reinforce and act as an ambassador for the Regatta Group Company Values
  • Maintain meaningful Personal Development Plan
  • Take steps to constantly refresh understanding of best practice and knowledge of business performance
As our future Senior International Support Administrator you will have:

  • Excellent customer service experience
  • Experience of working in an international administration environment (export)
  • Previous experience on D365 operating system an advantage but not essential
  • Strong work ethic & positive 'can do' attitude
  • Selfmotivated with excellent time management
  • Strong data input and data analysis
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Thrives in a fastpaced work environment and able to juggle conflicting deadlines and priorities
  • Adherence to Company H&S policies always
  • Responsible for keeping own work area safe and free from hazards
  • Adopts a "don't walk by" attitude to health and safety
  • Ambassador of H&S practices
