Inbound Customer Advisor - Wakefield


Our client is a leading insurance business in the UK, and they are looking to grow their customer service team, to continue to offer their clients with a world class service.

You will be tasked with maximising customer sales & retention in line with our client's business targets.

This role will be inbound telephone calls, speaking with new and existing customers, delivering a fantastic customer journey, utilising a range of systemsand working within a friendly, dynamic and agile team.


General duties and tasks:

-
Todeal effectively & professionally with inbound telephone call for all personal lines new business, retention and mid-term enquiries in line with business targets.

  • Becoming a product expert.
  • Adherence to regulatory requirements and adapt quickly to change.
  • Adherence to quality procedures and responsive to feedback.
  • Referral point for less experienced team members on technical & system queries.

Key Skills and Experience:


  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport easily and take a genuine interest in the customer needs.
  • Good influencing & negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets/objectives.
  • Ability to balance multiple tasks.
